How to organize your life (The 4 Tabs)
Today
Your main screen. Only things that require your attention today appear here. When you take a pill or attend an event, tap the icon to complete it, and it will disappear from this list.
Birthdays
Where celebrations live. Everything registered in this tab will repeat every year automatically, ensuring you never forget to say "Happy Birthday" again.
Events
For one-off commitments. Doctor appointments, exams, school meetings, or dinners. They happen once and then go straight to your history log.
Routines
For repetitive habits. Medicine every 8 hours, physical therapy every Tuesday, or watering plants weekly. Set the pattern and Zelo will handle the rest.

Zelo has smart shortcuts to make your daily life easier. See what each button does:
Contacts & Calls

Import from Agenda: Fetches the name and phone number directly from your phone's native contact list.

Save to Agenda: Type a name and number in Zelo and tap here to save them to your phone's contact list.

Call: Makes a phone call to the contact with just a single tap from the card.

WhatsApp: Opens the conversation directly in the person's WhatsApp so you can send a quick message.
Location & System

GPS / Maps: Brings automatic routes. When saving an event with an address, Zelo allows you to open that location right in Google Maps.

Save to Cloud: (Premium) Keeps an immediate backup on the internet, syncing with your other devices.

Generate PDF: Creates a beautifully formatted calendar with your family photos for you to print and stick on the fridge.

Web Panel: Opens the Orion website so you can manage your relative's calendar straight from your computer keyboard.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Choose the month and year.
- Optionally, add photos of the people who have birthdays by clicking "Add Person". The system lets you crop the face perfectly!
- Click Preview and then Download PDF to print it. (If you are not Premium, we will show a quick ad to unlock the generation).
1. Press and hold an empty space on your phone's home screen.
2. Tap "Widgets".
3. Scroll down to find Zelo. Drag your preferred panel (Routines, Events, or Birthdays) to your screen. Tapping them opens the app directly in the corresponding tab!
Via Cloud (Premium): If you are a subscriber, simply turn on the "Save to Cloud" switch when creating reminders. When you log into your new phone with the same account, everything will download automatically.
Via Manual Export (Free): Open the side menu and tap "Export / Backup". The app will create a secure file (JSON) and ask where you want to save it (e.g., your Google Drive or WhatsApp). On your new phone, download that file, open Zelo's side menu, and tap "Import Backup".
