1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Zelo application, as well as our Logic Games and Interactive Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, managed by Orion Data Insights. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Orion Data Insights provides productivity, organization, and entertainment tools:

• Zelo: A daily routine management app that allows for the creation of custom calendars, generation of PDFs (for appointments, birthdays, and medication schedules), and setting reminder alarms/notifications.
• Logic Games: Tools for entertainment and cognitive exercise.
• Interactive Stories: Narrative experiences and participatory reading.

3. Medical and Alarm Disclaimer

Zelo is a personal organization support tool and does not, under any circumstances, replace professional medical advice.

• Setting medication alarms is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Orion Data Insights is not responsible for omissions, delays, or health issues arising from the failure of the user's device to issue alerts (due to low battery, operating system failures, "do not disturb" mode, or other device restrictions). We strongly recommend maintaining secondary control for critical medications.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Zelo offers exclusive features through Premium access (Monthly and Annual Plans).

• Payments are securely processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancellation is made in your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Limitation of Liability

The user understands and agrees that the use of services is at their own risk. Orion Data Insights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
